Data collected — Email address, first name (optional), questionnaire answers, language, and technical data (user-agent). For orders: billing email and Stripe transaction identifiers.

Purposes — (1) Generate your mini-report and full report. (2) Send you the deliverable and communications related to your order. (3) Send you a follow-up email sequence (which you can unsubscribe from at any time). (4) Improve the service in an aggregated and anonymized way.

Legal basis — Performance of the contract (service delivery), consent (email sequence), legitimate interest (service improvement).

Processors — Supabase (database, EU), Stripe (payment), Mailjet (email sending), Vercel (hosting), cli-api.wiseagency.fr (AI generation). No data is resold to third parties.

Retention period — Data is kept for 3 years after the last contact, then deleted.

Cookies — The site uses only technical cookies necessary for its operation. No third-party advertising cookies are placed without consent.

Security — Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and stored on secure infrastructure. Questionnaire answers are never made public.
