Terms of Sale

1. Purpose — These terms govern the sale of the "Complete Couple Audit" service (the "Service") offered by WiseAgency.

2. Service description — The Service includes: a 60-question questionnaire per partner, an AI-generated PDF report of approximately 30 pages, and a 21-day action plan. The deliverable is exclusively digital.

3. Price — The price of the Service is €397 incl. tax. Payment is made online via Stripe, in a single installment.

4. Delivery — The report is delivered by email within 48 hours maximum after both completed questionnaires are received. If the second partner does not complete their questionnaire within 10 days, the report may be generated on a single profile, with a methodological note.

5. Right of withdrawal — In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content supplied on an intangible medium whose execution has begun with the customer's express consent. By ordering, the customer expressly requests immediate execution of the Service and waives their right of withdrawal once the report is generated.

6. Refund — A full refund is possible as long as the report has not been generated. After the report is generated and sent, the Service is considered fully performed and is non-refundable.

7. Limitation of liability — The Service is a reflection-support tool. It does not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. WiseAgency cannot be held responsible for decisions made by the customer based on the report.

8. Personal data — Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law — These terms are subject to French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of French courts.
